Fantastic Doctors but terrible staff. Honestly looking to change because the staff is just so rude, always losing paperwork, gate keeping things from the doctor, and over all unpleasant. Specifically women at Dr. Kushnirs office. She is a wonderful doctor but the staff that are given to her are terrible.

I visited NYU Langone Levit Medical one week ago. Stuff was so nice, patient, attentive. Especially Doctor Sima Muster! She is professional a so kind! Highly recommend

The Woman at the front desk in the mornings is very rude and unhelpful. She is nasty. I saw her tell someone (with no remorse or compassion) who was 10 minutes late that they cant be seen even though it was an urgent appt! They were begging and she wouldnt budge. (Besides the fact that they are always run late themselves!) When I called to make an appt and asked when I was seen last she said she doesnt know. I asked her to please look it up and she refused. The technicians on my last 2 visits were polite but I dont think I will go back again to be attacked by the front desk.

I really don't know how this is happening. I have been getting my medication for over 5 yes. I went to see my new Dr because the best Dr in that place was out sick so they assigned a new Dr. I went to see Dr on August 14 2023 and we discussed my high level of cholesterol a d triglycerides. She prescribed medication and I ask to have certain medication renewed. Well my medication was not refilled.and I can't seem to get her to refill it. I was told that that medication was never prescribed to me by her. Are you freaking kidding me. I have the empty bottle with her name on it. Call the pharmacy if your not sure. You keep deleting thing from my chart everytime your not sure. DR Levit, please get involved because you empire is going down really quick. V.Rosario
