One star for kindness. Dr. Dilmanian didn't listen to my symptoms. Told me to lose 6 pounds using Ozempic and return in a month. Within 3 weeks I had the TAVR procedure at NYU that I really needed.

During my aunts visit, he did okay with diagnosing her and providing medication. But the real problem came when my aunt was admitted to the hospital due to a heart condition, after several callss to his office, nothing. He never returned a call and he never called to check on my aunt. This didn't sit well with my family, and his actions were unacceptable. If his staff didn't relay the messages, they're just as bad Overall, this is unacceptable for sevent

Doctor is great! I only have good things to say about him. My issue is the staff. I keep calling the main office number and leaving messages for the past couple of days and no one calls me back. I left messages with answering service twice already. I don't understand why this is happening

Had a stress test done in the hospital which was fine...but the real stress test was dealing with the people from Dr. Dilmanian's office. They called to give me the results of stress test which was good news but when asked to book a follow up appointment in a week or two as per Dr. Dilmanian's instruction the person that I was speaking didn't want to do it so she transferred me to the receptionist who then said that she couldn't do and transferred me back to the lady I had initially spoken with who with disdain proceeded to lecture me while still refusing to just book the an appointment.
