Dear Dr. Palta. You are an excellent doctor, but the person in charge of medication probably shouldve been reassigned years ago. Patients health is at further risk due to your staff. Repeatedly Ive had multiple issues with my pharmacist and insurance company repeatedly claiming They are not receive responses after multiple attempts requesting medication. The person at your office doesnt even call back The patient, nor the pharmacy, nor the insurance company! I was assured this vital discrepancy was addressed, but it is now happening again. My elderly parents have also had problems with getting their medications, as well as another person I referred to the wonderful doctor. This is vital cardiac medication that if I dont take, I will likely die! Please improve your staffing, so your patients dont die from lack of their heart medications. Other than that important issue, this is a great doctor I have been to for many years. Such a shame :(
