As a NYer I very rearly offer my comment on online surveys. However, in terms of NY Car Dealerships, Brooklyn Plaza Auto offers Exceptional Cutomer Service above the other Car Dealerships. Plaza Auto, as a business, has a diverse, warm and welcoming work force that consistently stride to please it customers. Additionally, the Hyundai Service team offers especially Customer service most notably Customer Rep C. Salesman who goes above and beyond to please customers. Keep up the great work your doing for the community/NYC area. Five Stars

My overall experience with Plaza, and my sales associate Adrian was very positive. I leased a Hyundai Ionic and am happy with the experience as a whole. I did it ALL ONLINE. Adding a few phone call from the Manager Robert. It was efficient as can be. Basically I got the car the same day as I applied for the car! The delivery service was so nice. All of my contacts were quick and respectful. I would recommend to friends and family who are using internet buying for sure! 2024 Ionic6. I'm actually looking forward to visit.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Never an issue ALWAYS FAST! and correct! Very accommodating! Service manger Harvey is a Gem! Rachel the advisor was wonderful!!! THANK YOU GUYS!

Carl helped me and my husband get a car with no problem I got the car we wanted and the workers are nice and very helpful
