I had a great experience all thanks to Kiersten. She helped me buy my A3 after putting it off for a while. She made the process way easier than I expected . I wanted the car to be similar to the first one I had and she was very helpful and patient with that.

Was specifically waiting for Black Friday to buy some parts. Saw a special advertising free shipping on parts, and placed an order for $4000+ worth of parts. A few days later, they emailed me and claimed the shipping wasnt free after all and Id have to pay extra. Shady business practices for sure. Planned to purchase several accessories here for my R8 but will be doing that elsewhere.
