Susan Martin @ Business Sanity has been a great resource for me. She always has an answer for my question that is thoughtful, knowledgable, and adds value and depth to me and my small business. I have been in business for the past 20 years. I have grown over the years and found that trying to manage and grow a small "mom and pop" type business started to become very stressful. I have recently included my two adult daughters into my business, as well as grow my employee base needs. I came to Susan in April 2015 completely overwhelmed with trying to delegate, set up HR standards and job descriptions, trying to let go of doing it "all" as well as trying to "protect" them from feeling the stresses that would trigger me. She really helped me to look inside of "me" and work through each task on hand. She was very honest as to what she was observing/hearing from me. She helped me break it down and organize it all to simpler projects. This is exactly what I needed as I would tend to want it all done ASAP. This enabled me the time to see each employee's strengths as I assigned some of the projects to them. I helped coach them as we went along. I am finding more time for myself to work "on" my business rather then work "in" my business. I feel comfortable to move ahead and grow as I now have a "great team" to move forward to help me make it happen. Thank you Susan!!! I know have "Business Sanity" !

Susan is wonderful! I went into our first session thinking "Well, I've pretty much got everything under control, I really just need a few tips on drumming up more business, this should be quick." and stepped out with four pages of notes and the sudden awareness of how little I actually knew. Susan is a fantastic coach; she's a good listener and she makes sure to work with your specific needs, rather than just try to force you into a pre-made script. I'd highly recommend her to anyone with a small business, especially those that think they've got everything under control.

I'm writing a review to applaud and thank Susan Martin at Business Sanity for the fantastic job she has done in creating my new business web site Bridgestone Cleaners. She, in the most gentle way pushed me to assist her in the design and content of the site. I know I can be difficult to get to do what has to be done  but Susan  exhibits patience and persistencewhen dealing with difficult clients. She is not affraid to stand up for her professional knowledge and integrity when the client attempts to push his personal preferences over knowledge based professional advice. Susan is a true professional and willing to work within the confines of a clients budget always offering alternatives to the client. She will do a great job for you and deserves all the accolades she gets. Susan is a true Brooklyn Gem and I'm blessed to have had her on my team.
