I had a prospective buyer for my unit and suddenly the board decided to raise the minimum selling price by $50,000 and they did not even have the decency to inform shareholders of this major change. I found this out through my realtor. Maybe this was done to get more flip tax money from the sale. This left many shareholders and realtors in disarray. Thankfully, I was finally able to sell my unit and I thank GOD every day that I am out of there.

USING THE LAUDRY ROOM IS A DISASTER!!! THE MACHINES JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY ITS NEVER SERVICED OR CLEANED three different machines all took my money YESTERDAY AND TODAY THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! $11.40!!!

The proprietary lease is not worth the paper its written on. No security. Back doors always propped open. Neighbors are loud and have no regard for other shareholders. People begging for money outside the building. Scaffolds always up doing some shoddy, non essential work. Mismanagement of funds, incompetent unreponsive board, floors always dirty, people dont recycle their trash. Weed smokers in the stairwell, random strangers get access to the building, weird cracks appearing in the walls, roaches, mice, laundromat always dirty and filters dirty. Smell of putrid trash daily on the first floor. Packages stolen. Management needs to be fired and replaced with competent staff.

The president of the board for kings village coop needs to lose her position. She only cares about herself and all the monies she and her lawyer "friend" David from the Bronx can cash out on from naive, vulnerable and unsuspecting owners, shareholders and VOICES. Period. HA! Natalie could care less about wellness, prosperity and growth. Or even mental health, death and unemployment.
More sadly enough, she cares even less about the children living there. Shame, shame, shame on current board president, Natalie Webster, of cooperative board of Kings Village Cooperatives.

Intercom is annoying
