The attitude of those who serve is very desperate and irritating and when they finally turn to see you, it seems that they are bothered by serving the customer... as if they worked for free!!!

I am absolutely appalled by your driver today in manahattan. Specifically on 57th street and 9th Avenue where they were coming south on 9th Avenue and turning right to 57th street. They nearly hit my 4 year old on a scooter. Not to mention that there were others crossing. He had no patience or was not being cautious enough to pay attention to others crossing. Myself being 7months pregnant. I was not the only one to shout at them to stop. Others had too. God forbid there was no else around, something worse would have happened. He drivers in massive truck hard to see people crossing that should be the biggest reason he is cautious. Please keep your drivers out of Manhattan if they cannot drive with caution. I wish I was in a better state to get a photo of the driver and truck with the license plate. Even though I didnt I made sure to get the company. I do hope your driver gets reprimanded for this driving.
