This was my time trying out dresses. I was really nervous but Marissa made the process so seamless and easy. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she started pulling dresses that were of a similar style. She was super flexible, gave me so many suggestions and ideas. She was so helpful throughout the process and I enjoyed every moment of it!

Lotus Bridal is an oasis in Brooklyn's crowded and busy Chinatown. As soon as you walk inside, the store feels peaceful and glamourous. The dresses are super organized and you're free to browse and pull out any you want to try on, and the staff (shout out to Marissa) is INCREDIBLY patient and nice. The store is designed to make you feel like a bride, with it's glamorous chandelier and track lighting aimed at the dresses, perfectly clean floors and rooms, and gorgeous reception desk. Marissa has made me feel completely comfortable - she answers any and all questions and accommodated my need to try on MANY dresses and still make an additional appointment so I could bring a few members of my family for my "Say yes" moment. Couldn't be happier to have bought my dress here!

Although I did not say yes to the dress at Lotus Bridal in Brooklyn, I had a wonderful experience and came back twice. Kristine, one of the bridal specialists, was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. The first time I came alone and Kristine was kind enough to take several pictures of all the dresses I tried on. She was also very helpful and went above and beyond to help me visualize the look I wanted, such as by clipping sleeves, adding different veils, etc. Lotus Bridal has a good selection of styles/designers and beautiful accessories and I would recommend it to any bride to be!
