I have been going to "Doa" Carmen to do my hair since November 2017. She and her staff know their way around kinky/curly hair. I have virgin, thick curly hair and she leaves it pin straight as if it were chemically straightened. I don't know how she does it but the blow out lasts for a week a more depending, on the weather. She takes her time and is very sweet and personable. I cannot recommend her enough!

Im super upset. I came in for a sew in removal and wash & blow out. They cut my hair and I was very adamant be careful and not to cut my hair. I wash charged for removal when they knew they cut my hair. See pictures you can see how long my hair should be at that spot however it was chopped off

The workers do a great job straightening the hair, and they did it the way I asked. The products they use work well to straighten any kind of hair. I have natural hair, and it can be a process to detangle. Before coming in I added more conditioner and oils to make it more easier to detangle. I know that they were complaining about my hair in Spanish in a not so good way because the product I had in my hair, and the kinkiness it seems like they don't want to deal with. I went here before and had a better experience, but a guy in there was polite.

Very bad attention, I asked for a rough cut and they put it on me in layers... and the girls started arguing with the clients.
