        I have been going to this salon for over 15 years Delia was the owner at the time I never had a problem with my hair to get a perm with a rinse now is very pricey .

      I am very sorry to read your comment sweetheart. we both know 15 years back comparing how the economy is now, there are lots of things that life has changed not only for one person but for everyone. I can firmly tell you that even though you find that a Color and relaxer were expensive, I guarantee that our prices are still lower than other salons and I definitely would have liked to have this conversation in person.
