        Horrible experience.Some of these employees need training in customer service.Apparently customers who are not friends with the workers here are left to fend for themselves.

        It's one thing to support black businesses, but when there's poor Customer Service it's a huge problem. The manager Rona is extremely rude and shows no empathy what so ever! Better leadership and representation is needed at that branch.
