        Waiting line to get to a cashier is absurd!! They only have 2 cashiers at a time and people Waiting forever!

        If I could give negative stars to the way this branch and Citi operates, I would. We will be filing a complaint with the CFPB and seeking legal action. We came to this branch about an account that we havent used in years. Only noticed fraudulent activity when our credit report showed we owed money. Dinged our credit by 100 points! Never a call from Citi. Not once. Add insult to injury. We waited 30 minutes for a manager (seems there were two people who could help but could care less. Only to be told we should make an appointment). They couldnt even produce copies of our statements. This is Citi and its branch personnel being complicit in the fraud. The absolutely worst customer service by a financial institution I have ever seen.
