        Its also a commercial bank, but not commercial enough to have terrible branches, like the rest of the commercial banks here in Park Slope, so I really hope that they maintain this with their customers and clients because a lot of big banks are losing their local client base due to terrible outsourced customer service & disappointing under-staffed branches, please let citizens corporate be mindful of that to keep us happy & not repeat the mistakes of other big banks.

        I had a complex matter to take care of involving establishing a bank account for a trust. I went here as it was convenient and so fortunate that I did. One gentleman Yevgeniy Ginzburg was particularly helpful in dealing with the details. He epitomizes customer service! But everyone there was great. A+!
