Citizens Banks manager, Claudia, and her team are exceptional! I walked in to inquire how to open a new business account and had a new account with online, debit and ATM access in record time! Claudia and her lovely team made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed - and made the process as easy as possible for me. I am so happy to find financial partners who feel like friends to help me manage my business account! Thank you for such a great experience!

Frustrating and Aggravating! This branch is terrible. Customers service is the lowest I have ever experienced in my 30 years of banking. It reminds me of some 3rd world countries. The NEW Branch Manager Claudia Gil, is courteous, but absolutely CLUELESS and helpless! She is still "learning"! Do yourself a favor, Capital One and Citibank both have highly experienced managers on the same block! Citizens deserves ZERO stars!

Went into this branch to obtain account details and the branch manager was incoherent, rude and smelled of alcohol, it was crazy! Walked out and cancelled our accounts immediately.
