DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE. WORST SERVICE WITH WORST COSTOMER SERVICE. NO LONERS AVAILIBLE. THEY MAKING APPOITMENTS AND WHEN YOU COME THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU 10TH ON THE LIST SO YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR CAR CHECKED OR FIXED ANY TIME SOON. THEY TOOK MY CAR FOR OIL CHANGE AND DIAGNOSTIC OR AIRBEG ON 10 DAYS LATER RETURNED MY CAR WITHOUT FRONT DRIVER SEAT NOT BEING SCREWED IN. MY DAD ALMOUST GOT KILLED. AND THEY WAS ASKING FOR SERVICE FEE AND FOR THE FIX OF AIRBAG LIGHT OVER $6000. IT WAS THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIANCE.

What a terrible experience and sloppy work. Brought my new car to get detailed (minor scuffs and stains when they sold it to me) and while I was pointing out areas to clean up, a mechanic drove a different car off a lift and rammed into my car (see photos). Took 1.5 months to fix, but the work was so sloppy (beat up headlight, bad paint job) and unacceptable so they reluctantly took it back to fix again. The service director had the audacity to speak to us with an attitude as if we were the ones that hit their car when in fact this was their entire fault. It took another month before the car was properly fixed and returned, but now my EZ Pass is missing and was used by someone at their shop. Surprised at how poor the services are given how much we paid for the car and what was supposed to be a reputable luxury dealership. Save yourself the trouble of having bad work done to your car and the headaches that come with it and go somewhere else.

I have been there fir service a minor repairs 4 times and never had any issues. Wait is comparable to other dealerships. I recommend this service center.

Appointment at 9am. Started work at 12pm. Waited 3.5 hours for a simple software upgrade. Unhelpful staff and zero accountability.
