Joyce represented me as a first time homebuyer and did an incredible job. She is smart and tough, but very friendly and kind which made an intimidating process much less so. Despite a difficult sellers team, she made the process as smooth as possible and personally went above and beyond throughout the to make sure all my concerns were addressed. Ms. Goldstein was my lawyer for a real estate deal that turned out to be much more complicated than anyone could have anticipated. She was excellent the whole time, and explained everything to me very clearly and was very accessible and understanding, and also a tireless advocate for me. She understands just how emotional it is to be a first time homebuyer. Every conversation I had with her I felt respected and understood and she explained all the legalese very clearly.
In addition her legal assistant was just as helpful and pleasure to work with.
I cannot recomend them highly enough. Wonderful lawyer and great experience.

We're so very lucky to have Joyce & Jacob as part of our legal team. We initially sought her services as we had to exit an investment via 1031. She expertly guided us & worked with our accountant to ensure that the sale was tax advantageous and she educated us on 1031 investment options/alternatives.
As we then proceeded to make our subsequent investment, Joyce was again key in ensuring that we optimized for savings i.e. via CEMA. Joyce and Jacob are amazing. We did 2 closing with her. One for 3 family rental and another for 6 family commercial purchase. The transactions are different but Joyce guided me without any trouble.
