        Though probably true of all banks. At Citi, a $4 overdraft spiraled into $208 in fees for me due to terrible overdraft notifications, online systems that display inconsistent information, and a website that didnt recognize my valid ATM card. Coupled with generally unsympathetic managers at this branch who only gave me literally 20 seconds of their time and making me come back a second time on another day in the middle of a pandemic to close out the account after paying all the fees in full. I would not recommend anyone use Citi or this branch for their banking.

        Citibank always has trash on their sidewalk and they don't bother picking it up. This shows how much they disregard the community they are in. If they don't care about the community I would assume they wouldn't care about having my business.
