David Bucovy is a very talented architect, with the experience and understanding for complex projects. He worked on many projects at my former building in Central Park south and came recommended. My project included quite a few challenges, and at the end of the day, it looks like it will all come together.  Initially I hired their office to get dob approval, and then the scope changed to complete interior plans for a fixed price.  If you retain bucovy's office my suggestion is to ensure that Bucovy is either directly assigned to the project, or within close reach of it, as he Is the one with the most experience and expertise.
