My technician, Jonathan, was wonderful; he is kind, prompt, and a terrific young man. My refrigerator's problem was diagnosed and fixed fast and efficiently!!! Safety measures were followed and cost was reasonable...highly recommended.

The tech was wonderful. Came out and looked at my dishwasher told me what was wrong and never tried to up sell a thing. Had to have the part ordered and when he came back to install was fast and clean. Asked if I had any other problems with appliances, answered a few questions I had and was on his way. Wonderful experience!
