Instrata Park Slope

This rating is for Zuko and the bldg staff (porters and concierge). Zuko has been an awesome super. Were very lucky to have him. The staff are all outstanding too. I am not at all happy though with new policy by bldg management/owner to charge residents non-refundable fees for use of the building amenities (refundable deposits I understand)- this is where we live and the use of the amenities are part of the allure for selecting to live here. For the first time in my many years of happily living instrata park slope, I am considering leaving because of this policy. It is my sincere hope that the management/owner will reconsider this ill-conceived policy.

Zuko is easily the best super I've ever had! Not only is he responsive, quick, and knowledgeable, but he is also a great guy who is easy to get along with! He makes everyone immediately feel welcome and at ease. He is a great example of how all of the staff in this building are excellent, likely the best part about living here- I would give 6 stars if I could!

Zuko is the best super I have ever had in 15-years and more than a dozen apartments in New York. The absolute best!

Love my apartment, and all the people that work here. They run a tight ship. It's comfortable and spacious with a good location. I have half a mind to write a terrible review to keep demand low.
