        Didnt have heat for all of winter bc Venn was too incompetent to fix the broken radiator and pipes, so they gave us a tiny electrical heater and called it a day telling us it wouldnt hike up our ConEd bill. Well, it did, and we paid 9x what we would have had to pay if it wasnt broken. But at least they invited us to all of their brunches and potlucks so I guess it was worth freezing and paying $900 in electricity!
