66 Rockwell Apartments

I have never seen such an unreputable and unprofessional team. Was temporarily cancelled from online viewings twice, and without any notice. I have lived in luxury buildings in both Manhattan and Brooklyn and have never encountered this. Sent a 20 word email asking me to reschedule after the briefing to write a review. Is my time not time? Called the leasing office multiple times and no one answered. Please consider carefully if you want to rent this building, their team is still like this before moving in, let alone the efficiency after moving in.

Ive been living here for almost a full year now and I love the building. I wish I could give the staff 10 stars here. They go above and beyond and are so friendly. I only wish the rent renewal wasnt so much or Id love to live here another year

The front desk team and porters get five stars and is truly the only redeeming quality. The management company cuts corners everywhere and it shows. For the pleasure of paying luxury prices, expect almost no elevator service (3 of 4 offline many times over a period of years), no heat in the lobby or amenity spaces for months at a time, error screens on package retrieval displays for weeks, hot water issues, garage issues, and they kicked the valet service out of the building. Try to use a falling apart luggage cart just for fun, because it wont support any luggage!
