The building is amazing but the community is hard to bear with, weed smell in bathrooms very very bad and child hate using the bathroom because of the smell even with air refreshers and neighbors noise at midnight and sometimes 2 to 4 in the mornings weekdays!! But other than that i love the building everyone works in is amazing maintenance, security and even the management office they all amazing

Theres no laundry machine in the room, They have some machines in the basement for everyone, but you may encounter RUDE people who keep the machines to themselves and never let someone remove the clothes even its done.

substandard. noisy. no heat or too low. new apts but they stink
there is a rise in crime and vagrants around the building. its dangerous!!!

I've personally never had or have an issues with this complex or management. Maybe it's because I'm on the A side and I love it. The A side to me is extremely quiet and clean. Management does a great job maintaining this residence. I wish the washing machines worked, but I stopped using them months ago I just rather go outside and do my laundry. A lot of residence are selfish and rude when it comes to sharing the washing machines. I just recently signed my two year lease and I have no regrets.

A year ago I could tell you that this was an amazing place to live but although its very nice its not worth it. The walls are thin, the place is not that big, management isnt on top of things that they should be, but are quick to ask you for money. Parking is so expensive and the parking on the street isnt easy to find. Honestly take your money elsewhere.
