DO NOT..UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE..MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING. Seriously..stop reading this and go continue your apartment search elsewhere. The management team are some of the worst people Ive ever dealt with in my life. Seriously..RUN! I rarely use the words pure evil, but those are the first words that come to mind when I think of them. No matter how nice the building may look, no matter how cool the amenities may seem, and no matter how beautiful the view of the city from the rooftop is, none of that is worth dealing with the management. They are terrible people, and I dont make a statement like that lightly. The management is so bad that the building's owners periodically create new management companies to avoid the negative reputations of the former ones. I made a huge mistake by living in this building and dealing with them. I regret it and I promise you that you will too. If you dont believe me, look at Denizen Bushwicks reviews on Yelp. I do not believe one positive review here is real. I can identify with all the negative reviews though. If youre still reading this, I dont know why. Havent you listened to me? RUN! Do not give this place the benefit of the doubt. Find another building. There are so many nice buildings in NYC. You will find one just as cool but with a decent group of people managing it. To be completely honest I cant even say that the management are decent human beings. Pure evil. Instead of making this place a mistake you made, make this place a mistake you avoided. Run, run, run.

Anyone with over a 1 star review is either being paid or has never lived here. The construction is extremely cheap. You can hear your neighbors. You can smell the unit below you cooking. The apartments are absurdly overpriced. They clearly blew their budget on their gym equipment and tried to make everything else work. Its a gross building. For the same pricemove down the street into a cool/older loft. This place has no character. Shoutout to the front desk and garage attendants thoughgood people.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city, friendly staff and great amenities, Vlad is honestly the best 10/10

I moved here in May 2023. My experience has been great. I love living here. It feels like living at a resort. You can have a whole day of activities with the amenities. The staff are great too. Vlad in particular has been there for anything I need. He really cares and has your back.

Ive had a decent time here, its a great building with a lot of potential with the usual complaints about most buildings. My experience was also pretty smooth and straightforward with Vlad, he showed me around , was always out and about to help and say hi throughout my stay. Highly recommend reaching out if you plan on exploring this building.
