Management is incompetent. The leasing agent / broker does not respond or know what’s going on. She apparently is the agent for both this building and 1 N 4th

STAY AWAY! Management is literally the worst (note most of the building staff is very friendly). It is completely lost on them that the apartments they rent become someone's home. We pay rent on time and have never cause any issues. Management rarely responds when I have had questions and after a repeated reports of a smoking tenant throwing cigarettes onto our balcony as well as leaking smoke into our apartment, management has refused to simply speak with that tenant or try to help us, despite the property damage and health risks (note: I am also pregnant and cannot safely live in our apartment anymore). Ultimately, we cannot wait to move out of this building ASAP!

Nightmare! This place is an affordable waterfront property because of how unafraid management is of not actually maintaining the building and any standards. Want to move in to a high rise with a large 2 foot cracked window that hasn't been repaired for months? How about large industrial units that make noises all night in the building so you're told to sleep with ear plugs in? Or maybe you want low cost appliances all around your "luxury" apartment? I should've listened to the reviews, and I didn't so shame on me. Hoping this saves anyone from even wasting their time viewing this dumpster fire.

If you enjoy watching crackheads taking over empty apartments in your luxury building, this place is for you! The management neglects basic safety, doesn't hold property managers accountable, relays incorrect information and withholds information about actual events to the police... and hey—your doorman will even watch you get robbed at knifepoint outside the lobby without calling the cops! In fact, if you report incidents like random people (nonresidents) walking through the building acting violently, the building staff won't call the cops at all or intervene! Is this an incredible place to live and pay thousands of dollars each month? Not for me... and yes, our steam room has been broken for TWO YEARS. Terribly managed, terribly reckless.

This building is beautiful but the management company and the company they pay to run the amenities is awful. There are so many rules — no guests on the roof deck being one of the biggest pain points. I thought it was just cuz of covid but it’s not. Even when covid wasn’t happening they limit you to 1 guest. Why am I paying all of this money to live here when I can’t even have friends or family over to enjoy it. They need to loosen up. The sauna and hot tub have also been broke for over a year. We’re likely going to move because we’re sick and tired of being treated like children in our home. I Recommend trying a different luxury building in the area, I’ve been told they are all much more relaxed than this one.
