Had a really wonderful experience with Heather for my first acupuncture visit. She was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable throughout the session. She explained the different sensations and progress of the different feelings I might have and was very considerate of the different nuances of my issues. The whole experience was relaxing and released a lot of tension in my back and stress in my body. Heather also kindly gave me a trial of herbal supplements for a few days to prolong the effects. All in all super satisfied and will be back.

Jennifer was literally amazing. It was my first time getting acupuncture and she was so gentle and made me feel incredibly comfortable. She explained things in such a clear way that put me at ease and felt open to ask questions. Cannot wait to return

Last week I was invited to experience holistic East Asian medicine at WTHN. They have multiple locations in New York City, and I visited the location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Unlike other centers that may offer holistic services, WTHN is actually considered a medical facility. During the virtual check-in, upon your arrival, you elicit all of your body information, including pains, injuries, medications, mental ailments, and your emotional status day of. The physician youre paired with gets this form and is able to start crafting your service specifically to your needs. My physician, Danielle, was amazing!! Not only was she skilled and knowledgeable, but she asked additional questions prior to treatment, and structured my acupuncture service to alleviate body stress, fatigue, tightness in my shoulders, and shortness within my neck. She put an ear seed in my ear, which I have been apply pressure to. Youre supposed to press the bead and take 3 deep breaths, between 2-3x a day, in order to prolong the acupuncture treatment and aid in the cleansing from the service. Danielle ended with coating my feet with magnesium oil, that gave instant muscle relief and a complete release of tension. Between the attendants at the front desks, how kind Marika was, how smooth a professional the experience was, and how amazing I felt afterwards, Id rate this experience a 10/10!
