I recently went to see Selma to treat some mild herniated discs in my upper spine. I was in agony but after one session, my neck and shoulders were so much better. It was a transformative session. If you are suffering from spinal or muscular issues, I cant recommend Selma enough. Shes brilliant, effective and in my opinion, very affordable.

To address the complexity of my healthcare challenges, a NY friend recommended a Zoom consultation with herbalist and Acupuncturist Selma Rondon. After a comprehensive review my health concerns, I received a protocol recommending several formulations to address my most pressuring concerns. The formulas have been very effective and I didnt have to travel to NY, as I live in Northern California. Selma cares. She followed up with me to make sure I was okay. I was very fortunate to find her and now know where to go for my health care needs.

One of the best acupuncture experiences I've had. Selma is intuitive and knowledgeable about a number of different conditions. I began seeing Selma for GI issues and ovarian cysts. She is a wealth of knowledge about gut health and she has also been a great resource for advice when following the GAPS nutritional protocol. For those with health insurance, I have independence blue cross and there was an initial copay and the remaining ten visits were all covered.
