I cannot say enough wonderful things about Andrea! By every measure, she is an OUTSTANDING Real Estate agent (and person). We threw every difficulty Andrea's way - out of state, first-time home buyers, in a seller's market. Andrea took the time to get to know our family and understood what was important to us. As we were out-of-towners, both working with young kids, she carefully selected homes to show us and always made the most out of trips down to look at homes. She would go to homes all over Westchester to see it for herself before showing us so that she could familiarize herself with the ins-and-outs and not waste our time with homes that wouldn't fit the bill. She would often give us facetime tours tours as well. When we did see homes of interest, she knew just what information would be important for us to get about the home and neighborhood and sought it out on our behalf. When we finally found the home we loved, she guided us through the entire process - from bidding war, to inspection, to preparation for closing, to closing (and things beyond such as contacts for home repairs/painting, construction etc). Even in a crazy seller's market, she was able to negotiate some key terms that quite frankly I thought were non-negotiable given the competitive market. In addition to her professionalism, expert knowledge, and skill as an agent, Andrea was just an absolute pleasure to work with. I know we were not her only clients, but she made us feel like we were. Andrea was always available for viewings and phone calls. We looked forward to our visits down to NY when we would meet up to look at homes - despite the stress of purchasing a home, we had a lot of fun. We always felt like she had our best interest at heart and would not let us settle for anything less than "the one." We feel so lucky to have found Andrea who helped us find and, more importantly GET, our dream home. And we had the added bonus of gaining a lifelong friend who has become like family to us.
