Ordered Uber eats from here on 3/16/24. When our food got delivered, it was stapled with the right receipt on it. When I took out what was inside; there was ice cream with nuts in it, which is not what I ordered. In fact I have a nut allergy, and I dont believe the cotton candy ice cream has nuts. I called the store to let them know of the situation, and the worker on the phone rudely gave the phone to another coworker because I told him if we werent careful, I couldve died from eating the ice cream. The woman on the phone, believe her name was Jill or something with a J, proceeded to tell me they dont have anything in their store that contains nuts. I told them thats not true because I looked at their menu before ordering. She then said well for your safety, dont eat the ice cream. They clearly had no concern for what their mistake couldve led to if I wasnt on top of looking at what I was about to eat, especially when its a product I didnt specially order. They were so rude, and the gentleman I originally spoke to I could hear cursing on the phone telling the female to deal with me. That is so rude and so inappropriate.
