i went in there and it smelled like home i was drowning by the amount of products they had, The manager nadeem was AWESOME i ended up buying a bunch of new things, their snacks FLEW me awayand it was so CHEAP and not one of them was a miss for me

I went there to buy protein powder. The guy who works behind the register, had his family (I assume) behind the register, all eating behind the register. As the daughter began to ring up my item, there were small roaches on the counter by the card machine. I brought it to her attention, she lied and said they were fruit flies (none of them flew away). The guy who usually works behind the register, came back in an attempt to continue ringing up my item, I brought it to his attention as well. His response was, verbatim, "they come from the same creator, just like you and me." I don't know if GNC has a roach friendly policy, but I prefer not to have roaches in my home. I was disgusted by not only the store possibly being roach infested, but also by the employees nonchalant attitude towards the matter, as if I'm supposed to be fine with the notion of bringing an item home that might infest my home with roaches.
