Went on a Friday afternoon and it wasnt that crowded. The issue is the check out line. They only have 2 girls working at the registers, with 4 out of the 6 registers closed, then ontop of that, all the self checkout registers are closed (Im guessing due to theft)
I guarantee that if they had more people at the register or if the self checkout registers were open for use, the line would go much faster!

Walked in this evening and asked two employees who were talking if they had notebooks they both seemed annoyed and told me no . one was a darkskinned girl who seemed to be a key holder because she wasnt doing much and one latin American boy
I ended up finding the notebook they both told me they didnt have and still ended up leaving just because I hate a place where customer service is such a problem .
The location in pelham manor is much more friendlier and just better overall
