The worst service ever, you cant provide any guaranty for any delivery. Ordered with you guys more than 10 times and each time there is some problem. Unprofessional service and just try to avoid them, they dont know how to do business.

Update Jan 2024: Classic case of getting too big, too fast and they're no longer a company we even recognize. They've traded their ethics and reliability for dollars. In the last 4-months we replaced them as our LTL carrier after they repeatedly damaged freight and refused to pay out claims, even when signed for as such. Also, over the past several years their billing practices have become increasingly unethical with phantom, unwarranted charges tacked onto freight bills for those not carefully scrutinizing them, and their account managers seem to be bothered by complaints. They're now super expensive, if you receive a bill for $500, less than half of it is probably for the actual freight, the rest is fuel surcharges and other junk they throw at it. HORRIBLE, we don't miss them at all. Previous review: I'm not sure where all the negative feedback is coming from, but my company has used Pyle exclusively to handle our LTL shipments for years and the service has been consistent and reliable.
