I had a great experience with New York City Car Transport. I have transported my 2017 Jeep from New York, New York to Key West and back with this company, both times it was great to work with them. Always on time, everything was done in details. Karl and guys from customer service gave me the updates every day after the car was getting picked up till the delivery. now I am back and vehicle is here, so it arrived even earlier than myself)

Transported our Ford Explorer from Miami, Fl to New York, Brooklyn. It took the driver 5 days to deliver the car after he picked it up in Miami. We planned this 2 months ahead and everything was as we were told at the beginning when we got a quote for this car transport. We booked an order 1 month before the shipping. Thanks god everything went good.

These guys know what they are doing. Alex is such a reliable person. He delivered exactly what he promised. He gave me an ETA around 12-1pm, to be safe, but he said that most probably the driver will be at the drop off location at 12. I was very pleased when my range rover arrived 12.04pm and I managed to do a test drive before returning to work.
