        Such a disappointment-DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this travel service if you need a vacation-all you will accomplish is getting a giant headache And Carol Glynn is in the wrong industry-she needs to take sone training courses in customer service but seriously there are many great travel services out there. Prestige is not one of those

        I dealt with them last year when i booked a trip to Ghana and I wasn't at all happy with the customer service.  It wasn't professional at all!  I always ask myself, why is it when dealing with your own people, service is always awful.  I managed to book the trip
