I had a great experience doing my taxes here please go they are reliable that was two years ago until recently. I went there was a tax prepare that was very rude you call ask to speak to the manager no response never again

Well here it is a year later I never received my money and when I actually looked over my paperwork the tax preparer put the wrong social security number i called over and over to fix it never got a reply...she really wasn't helpful at all I believe her name was Suzanne.. I never had a problem doing taxes til I let/trusted her to do it and the fact that she didn't even try to help me is sad...I honestly believe I was ripped off something never sat right with me about the whole situation I only went to her because my fiance was recommended to her by someone else only for him to not get his full return please be careful i felt i had to speak on this. .
