Empire State Ambulatory Surgery Center

Horrible experience. No parking and long long wait. They tell you to come at a specific time then they take you three hours later. Waiting room bathroom was filthy. Toilet paper dispenser was broken. Waiting room was freezing. Add to that staff are rude and not helpful. The receptionist gave me an attitude every time I asked a question not recognizing the fact that me and others have been waiting for our loved ones to come out for hours. No updates about patients unless you ask. Never again I. This place and no one should accept to be treated at that place.

Unbelievable.... they never told me the surgery was at a different place.... got here at 7 at 8:20 I asked what the issue is and ohh ya we're fixing a leak from last night..... so you say nothing to the patient who is 85 and you have NO professionalism in addressing this situation Dr. Kim maybe a great doctor but this staff makes him look completely inadequate Omggggg now it's 9 am ohhh you were supposed to be here at 9 not 7 YOU ARE INADEQUATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL you told me 7 she is 85 Your office manager should be ashamed of themselves

Staff was professional, the surgery went well but the bathroom toilet had no toilet seat!
