Salespersons were all very KIND. Although it took awhile to find my grandson sneakers (to many of the same styles just different colors) actually many colors... Laughing.. but hour half later, we found a pair of sneakers, THANK YOU SALESPERSON. ,

I visited a footlocker (not kids) in the 200 Baychester BAYPLAZA MALL on the 3rd floor November 1, 2023 at 730pm and my experience was horrible. The store staff is very unprofessional in bay plaza mall. I approached the registers where 3 female staff members were currently standing all of them on their personal cell phones. As I approached (as the only Customer ready to purchase) they quickly all exited the register booth ad if not wanting to help. I said hello to all of them and asked which register should I approach, they looked at me and then ignored my question looking back into their phones and then began to conversate with each other as if I wasn't there. Then a male staff who was also in his phone, looked up and said "oh you're ready to purchase? " and I said yes. He then began to ring up my sweater when I saw a sneaker had been presented to the register for another Customer. I inquired to the staff that was helping me if they had a certain size for that particular sneaker. He said he would check and went to the back. As I waited, I then changed my mind so I asked one of the rude female staff if he had a radio or head piece like they did. All 3 of them stared at me for a moment and then one of them "jakiyah" nodded her head yes to me. I then asked if she could tell him that I said nevermind and that I changed my mind so that he wouldn't have to search for them. She looked away from me and ignored my request once again. One of the 3 girls that I was told is an assistant manager, asked the girl if she heard me. The girl Jakiyah then said "yeah" but still ignored my request. The male staff then came back upstairs with the sneakers and I informed him of what transpired. He informed me that he is a manager and apologized for what had occurred although he was standing right there when the first occurrence happened. I asked for the girls name and informed him I would be making a complaint. The unprofessionalism that was displayed for absolutely no reason was uncalled for and those particular staff members are definitely not a good representation of the company and should be terminated or investigated after this. I am pleasant when entering any stores and respectful. I did not deserve the treatment I received tonight at the bay plaza footlocker. I will move forward with my complaint and would for camera footage to be reviewed so that it will support my complaint.
