I was looking for a realtor and was referred to Vanessa Villanueva. She knows the business and is very knowledgeable. She walked me through the whole process regarding selling a home. From day one,thru the closing day, Vanessa kept me posted on all I needed to know and provided me with information necessary to be able to complete the stages that was to follow. I Highly recommend Vanessa Villanueva to anyone who is looking for a Realtor who knows the Business.

I have found Vanessa to be a tirelessly hard working person of the highest moral integrity; she radiates goodness with a big smile and has looked out for my best interest! I couldn't image going thru this experience without her! She made my transition in selling smooth, especially since I am living in Florida and my coop is located in the Bronx! Vanessa took it upon herself to do open house, and show my apartment with me not being there! It only took 2 months before we got a buyer. ;) I am so pleased with Vanessa service that I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home for she is excellence!!!
