Scam, they want 200 app fee and you can't see the "apartments" till then. It's quite apparent this business is part of the scam since they are not doing anything to separate themselves from the app scams

horrible experience first of all a man using naquan brown Instagram is trying to scam ppl asking for $200 for an application fee I didn't pay because I knew it was a scam off rip but the office was only 10 mins from me so I decided to stop by and let them know and see if I can get in contact with a real person the person at the front desk said they are aware of this scam and he can put me in with a real person so I waited for 2 mins and this Spanish lady came out she was all over the place and was kinda rude the way she spoke didn't feel good after the encounter with her , her accents is so thick you can't even understand what she's saying and then she talks to you like you stupid its a no for me i asked to speak with someone else and the other lady did not want to help me said she would call me back didn't even take my name or number I didn't want to work with them anyway they don't want to help people and if you black and have a voucher they don't want nothing to do with you I do not recommend

Person named Naquan brown on IG scamming people out of 200.00 for an application fee. Do not send any money to these scammers pretending to work for this company. I emailed the company directly and they notified me indeed this person and others asking for 200.00 is a scam and does not work for this company or any real estate brokerage. By law in NYC youre to pay no more than 20.00 for an application fee. Do not get scammed!
