        The new owners are Riverview Flats LLC and they have made this place a disaster. The new management does not care about the tenants. Apartments are falling apart and they won't fix anything. Garage gates always broke, hallways always dirty as nobody cleans it. Washer and dryers always broken. Sad place to live considering how nice the building use to be!
