        This building management is funny , lol front desk lilisa said they dont have email address. manager eric and super addy never response to phone call neither has curtesy to reply voice message also. incompetent management . disgusting.

        Nobody knows anything. Andy Cruz is never around for repairs. They always want to forward to voicemail. Rent is paid on time. Building is always filthy. Their professionalism is zero. Does calling 311 work better? Living here over 30 years and nothing has changed. They need to clean house and hire new staff. This is what happens when families own business and hire their family members.
