I wish I could give this location zero stars. I went into my local Staples Center around 11am today and explained to a male associate what I needed printed and that I needed it done today. He let me know that they would be able to print but I would have to put my documents in the correct order/format because they couldnt do it for me. That was fine, I left, put my documents in the correct order and returned around 2:20 in the afternoon to have it printed. Once inside, a female associate let me know that because it was now after 2:00pm my printouts would not be available until the following day. After letting her know about my earlier visit to the store and the information I was told (which excluded the 2pm cut off time) the associate decided to check with her supervisors. I watched her go to her supervisor and although I could not audibly hear them, I clearly saw the supervisor say no. And nowhere in the store do they have any signs or information that state the regulations or policy details regarding their print time. I was very upset and I let them know that. Multiple associates agreed that indeed there is no information or policies regarding their printing schedule posted in or around store. While stating how upset I was, one associate decided to tell me that all the information for printing is online and can be found on the website but I dont feel like I should have to go online to find out details about a local community center that is blocks away from my home. Essential information like that should be easily accessible to all customers. Furthermore, I decided to go online and call around. I get in touch with the Mount Vernon location (zip code: 10550) & they let me know to come on over and they can 100% assist in getting my images or documents printed today. I made it to Mount Vernon around 3:15, was greeted by a choir of friendly associates and an extremely clean, neat and tidy store. I finished and done by 3:35pm. Moral of the story Bay Plaza just needs to do better, from the management to the general associate. They need an upgrade in customer service and company integrity.

I share an unpleasant experience for the sake of hopefully one day they will improve. On Friday I needed a laptop and I went to the store at 2040 white plains, I asked for some and they didn't have any, I looked for another store and I fell into 330 Baychester, it was around 8:40, close to closing time. The young man who treated me very well, helped me and simplified the search, at the time of paying the bank blocks my card due to fear of fraud and I need to call, that took a few minutes and a lady who dealt with the collection was very impatient, the manager seemed, I explained the reason and asked for a couple of minutes, the bank was taking a while and I decided to pay in cash, I let him know and the answer was that it was already closing time and that he couldn't buy anything.
