The ladies who work there are very nice. Great customer service. However they are quite skillful at making money. They do not want you to get free glasses from your insurance. They are not there to save you any money. You will walk in with basic medicaid insurance and they try to will add on extras and convince you that you need them and you can pay it off slowly, until you are a thousand dollars in debt paying installments for months for features, that although are cool and maybe useful to some folks, you and your glasses never really needed these things (transition lenses, anti glare coatings etc...) I had to make sure they didn't add these extras to my glasses. Be advised, They will try to add them by default, so pay attention. Be an educated consumer. I've been here twice in the past few years for glasses and contacts but I don't think I'll be returning. I paid less in my old hood in Astoria!

The worst service ever!! They are always closed! And take about a month for you to receive your glasses due to excuses after excuses. Do not recommend.

Nice staff but They should let you know what to expect before accepting customers. Let people know you barely have any medicaid free frames. All your frames are $100 and over. I never would have wasted my time getting seen there if I knew I had to pay for the glasses. You guys also could have given the prescription for my eyes so i could take it elsewhere - I feel like that is shady in itself. I'm currently not working and can't afford to skip on my light bill and phone. I don't want to pay for glasses in installments either. I need glasses. I'm going to continue to use dollar tree glasses til I find another place I can afford the frames.
