It took Bryan 4 hours to do one customer.when it was my turn he told me I can no longer get what I wanted because his regular took awhile..Bryan is very unprofessional and has an attitude like a lady ..terrible customer service and would never go back this place dont even deserve a star ..he takes about 5 breaks to smoke cigarettes..its a hard no for me Services: Polish removal, Nail polish changes

I paid for a pedicure . Overpriced. The massager wasn't working the water was not hot. I barely soaked my feet before she pulled it out. ShE barely scrubbed my feet still have dead skin my nails are uneven and the polish I got gel and I can see thru it in some spots and it's bubbly. and I'm a regular. I sat down after one woman and was up way before her. I got my feet done within 12 mins. Ridiculous. I always have a problem here and I don't know why I keep going back.qhen I'm in a last minute situation I might as well not. Waste of money. They are rude unless you are known. My eyebrows came out uneven and one thicker then the other and i have a patch in one spot. I Am upset.should sue. Services: Polish removal, Pedicure

Waited for almost 30 minutes and didn't get seen and they seemed unprofessional to me. Cursing a lot of talking by the workers. Wasn't a good experience.
