They usually do a pretty good job. I switched to powdered gel, and I love it. It lasts about 3 weeks and does way less damage to my nail than acrylic or gel nail polish. The staff are pretty fast, courteous and organized.

I have been coming here off and on for years, I leave for the poor customer service but I return for the location convenience. I honestly disagree with the pricing, I recently went to get my nails done for my birthday (no discount was offered but that's not a deal breaker) and I was charged $65 for a simple design that only used 3 colors but only 1 coat was used for each color when 2-3 coats was required (especially the glitter color) and the service was definitely rushed. My nails were long but they were cut down low (for typing at work), then the designs didn't even match each finger at that. Yet again, I was charged $65 for this nonsense! The posted business hours is NOT accurate, to my knowledge the salon closes at 7:00P and the last customer is seen at 6:00P (unless there is overcrowding) but the sign clearly states otherwise. If a customer enters during business hours then treat that person with respect, DO NOT rush their services which will leave many errors because you want to leave/close asap. Please don't get me wrong, I have no problem paying for any services I receive but I expect the attention to detail to match the price. Overall, it isn't bad but it's far from the best. UPDATE: I am going to officially post images to prove that I am literally being overcharged. The orange nails are a $40 full set (11/29/2023). The purple nails are a $65 fill in, 3 colors were used with only 1 coat for each - plus my natural nails were cut very short (02/26/2024). The turquoise nails are a $55 fill in, only 1 color requested (I did not consent to the black and white design) - plus my natural nails were cut very short (04/08/2024). How can someone charge $55 for a fill in and a cut down, yet only use 1 color to paint, does that even make any sense? I also got a spa pedicure that I requested and the tech informed me of any additional pricing before proceeding, so I agreed to pay $55 for a pedicure since the 02/27/2024 visit wasn't done properly and the tech had to do double work. Normally there is a $3 charge for paying with a credit/debit card but today I was told "plus $5 for tax" (total $115 + tip); I gave this salon way too many chances and I refuse to continue to waste my money. A star was removed based off my recent experience.
