Beautiful Brows

Went it for brows and the girlies cause an attitude because I asked the tech to wash her hands before doing the service. First one caught an attitude and immediately started speaking in her native language that annoyed me because not only am I asking you to do something because I have sensitive skin but customer service wise Im not asking you to do something thats of inconvenience. It just shows how unsanitary this business is. The main young lady who told me about the wait for 5 minutes which turned to 20 was the one who did my brows. She did an ok job. Oh this was last resort everywhere was closed so I know better than to return to this establishment. Than had nerve to stare at the $3 change girl BYE I tip my normal brow girl $10 every time on top of her service fee because I know thats where most techs get their extra buck from but I wouldnt even give these girls my last penny just off customer service.

The ladies do a good job. The problem is they change staff too often. You never know who will be there when you arrive. The nail techs are excellent though. The same 3 ladies are there any given day.
