Mark Fisher and his team were amazing during the home buying process. Mark is informative and available to you if you have any questions. He also walks you through the process via phone and sends out routine emails sharing both information about home buying in general and information specific to your process. Jessica was the angel processor I didn't know I needed during this process. The period between contract signing and closing day is one full of paperwork, foreign terminology, and many, many individuals with different roles. At times, it is difficult to know who to go to for what. Jessica was always a quick text or phone call away. She directed me to whomever I needed to speak to and offered to reach out herself if necessary. And Jessica does not shy away from difficult conversations to get things moving along. Even on closing day, she was reaching out to me, answering my questions, and helping me stay calm. During the closing process, Lynda's calm and light hearted demeanor immediately put my anxiety at ease. Not only was she thorough, she also made sure to explain each document carefully and in terms we could understand. I am so grateful to this entire team!
