Western Union

Today 4/28/22 at 4:27 pm, I went to change a few checks here, the girl was pretending to steal one of them and take the money for herself, she told me I only gave her 1 check, after seeing my quick reaction she got scared and out of nowhere the check suddenly appeared on her hands, very ghetto and unprofessional.

First of all: early in the morning one of the girls who works there (I think her name is Isabel) had the nerve to put a: "Closed" Sing at her window while there were customers in the line. She was pretending to be cleaning & organizing papers, I just got the vibe that some people are kind of immature and unable to cope with their feelings, and if they see someone they don't like they will automatically avoid the person (funny) Someone like her is not supposed to be working on a customer service position because there are different types of people who she doesn't know as an individual and their appearance or physical demeanor in general shouldn't be a personal issue, she can get a job in a place where she's going to be alone or not interacting directly with others. Also the day before I made payment to the cable company and she didn't sent it, my cable and phone service were suspended, she told me that everything would be solved between 12:45 and 1:00 PM, that never happened so I had to go to Optimun to talk with a representative so they can restore the service. 3:55 PM and Optimun haven't gotten the payment yet, they gave me 5 days or my service will be totally suspended again. On top of that I paid the $4 dollars for the express service but I just found out that there's nothing like express service, the $4 dollars were basically a gift to Western Union. So please talk to your employees, if they don't wanna be there they can go home. I always go to this place but I've decided to go somewhere else because I don't have time for games, nonsense and a childish behavior.
