They have equipment that is the newest in the industry, and they can install even the most complicated systems. For us it was a project of access control for 4 doors and intercom system for 12 units. They gave us time frame to complete the project and they finished a day earlier. It took Commercial Security Systems Experts 2 days from the day the parts arrived to them completing the project. On every step0of the project the manager Marion was available to answer all my questions. I have worked with many contractors in Yonkers over the years, and Commercial Security Systems Experts is probably one of the most professionals I have ever worked with.

We hired Commercial Security Experts to install security cameras around our Pharmacy and I think they did a phenomenal job. There was some back and forth with negotiating a fair price, but at the end I think it was worth it. Alexis completed the work in a few days and when one of the cameras malfunctioned, they came out the next day to install a new camera. The app used to view the camera footage is easy to use and Alexis took the time to explain to me how it worked. Overall I'd recommend Commercial Security Experts to anyone seeking peace of mind for their Company.

From going over all your options, to answering all my questions fully without ever making me feel pressured, or that I was asking a dumb question to signing the contract. The professional installation went smoothly from start to finish, with them being respectful of our home at all times. Gregs patience in explaining how to operate the equipment can't be matched, and it was so important to completely understand the usage of our new alarm system. Gregs follow up calls to make sure we were pleased with everything was rare to find now of days. If you have to call for any reason, you didn't get a reason your concerns will quickly be addressed.
